A unified front-end application for all Toyota's European dealers

To provide a consistent customer experience across all their European dealers, Toyota recognized the need for a unified front-end application. With a vast network of dealers throughout Europe, Toyota sought a standardized software toolset to ensure uniformity. This requirement led to the development of a cohesive front-end solution for the entire region. Achieving this necessitated a robust European service and data foundation, best accomplished through cloud native development and a cloud native architecture.

To tackle this extensive project, we assembled over 50 consultants into specialized teams, each consisting of cloud-native developers, testers, business analysts, and a product owner.
